The initial session at Healing Path consists of a thorough health history review which includes an assessment of your physical range of motion. This is a time for you and your therapist to discuss any concerns you may have and to begin to establish trust. It is also a good time to have any questions you may have answered.
After your initial assessment, your therapist works to create a unique practice that is designed to suit your therapy goals. Each subsequent session is focused on movement and breath work. It is during this time that you will use the body as a tool and guide for healing.
At the end of every session you and your therapist will discuss the sequence and assess areas of growth. At that time, your therapist will also provide you with the at home tools you need in effort to practice between sessions.
