At Healing Path, yoga is used as a tool to promote self-healing. The answers you seek lie within you; your therapist is simply a guide for your process. Awareness is brought to how attachment to expectations, either future or past, can lead to emotional or physical discomfort if we choose not to let go. In yoga therapy, poses are a symbol for attachment and release, while the sequence serves as a metaphor for moving through life, one pose at a time. Regardless of why you embark on a journey to healing, the motivation is the same: the desire to live without pain, whether that pain is physical, mental, or emotional. It is here, at Healing Path, that I hope you will find peace, comfort, safety, and balance once again.
